Customisation
Our team can manufacture custom (non standard) maintenance shelters for specific tasks, starting from a small antenna change/maintenance shelter on top of the aircraft and finishing with full inflatable hangar for narrow-body aircraft. Custom colour shelter with additional logos on the door/side is also available upon request.

On site training
Our dedicated training team can provide on site training option for airlines and MROs for additional cost. During this training period, new client will be taught how to use the structures, how to do any repair works (if needed) and other various operational procedures. Training usually takes up to 2 days.

Amenities
We highly suggest to order additional equipment like LED lighting, heater, access ladders, ballast bags, tie-down ropes, etc, to make maintenance operations easier and faster.

For example, Boeing 737 NG/MAX shelter weighs only 80kgs, which makes it very easy to handle only with 3 people.

Material used for this shelter is uniquely made for us we've been developing this fabric for over 2 years with our partners. It is a heavy duty rip stop fabric (which has originated from military use) it has 7 different coatings, which enhances the material, makes it UV resistant, waterproof, more durable and long lasting.
